In all cases, Indian Agent commission shall be paid in INR only. 3.0 Bidders are required to quote for all the items /full quantity as per specifications. Bidders not quoting all the items/full quantity as per specification will be rejected. 4.0 Custom Duty (BCD-NIL & IGST @18%) is considered 18% in the aforesaid calculation at column 13 as EC shall be applicable as material is required for AREA OF PETROLEUM OPERATION.
