must be exclusive of tpi charges for the quoted items. inspection agency shall be nominated by ongc and the cost of engaging inspection agency shall be on account of ongc. 5.0 only yellow fields are all cases, indian agent commission shall be paid in inr only. 3.0 bidders are required to quote for all the items /full quantity as per specifications. bidders not quoting all the items/full quantity as per specification will be rejected. 4.0 custom duty (bcd-nil & igst @18%) is considered 18% in the aforesaid calculation at column 13 as ec shall be applicable as material is required for area of petroleum operation. however, at the time evaluation, actual rate applicable at the time of tbo shall be considered. 5.0 price evalution will be done as per bec criteria. only yellow fields are required to be filled.
