Note-(i) MS Flat , Plate ,T-iron etc. will be provided by Contractor. (ii) Drum will be provided by contractor. (iii)Contractor has to supply all other necessary material (nut bolts , rivets etc. ), required machines (welding machine etc. ) & other consumables (welding rods, Cutting Gas etc.) at site. (iv)Contractor has to ensure proper float of float-structure in Sump (v)Suitably rated Hydra/Crane , Pump Motor set with assessories will be provided by SECL.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in buildup sections, trusses and framed work , including cutting , hoisting , fixing in postion and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete for making 03 nos. 120 drum float & 04 nos. 64 drum float with safety railings , toe guards etc. as required

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : two or more coats on new work

Providing, checking, cleaning of drum & Testing & commissioning of complete pontoon float structure including Installation of Pump motor set on 120 Drum Float and submerging the whole assembly in sump

Providing, checking, cleaning of drum & Testing & commissioning of complete pontoon float structure including Installation of Pump motor set on 64 Drum Float and submerging the whole assembly in sump
