Supply ,installation ,testing and commissioning of dual solarised submersible .Pump /horizontal submersible pump set to beinstalled in 8inch dia borewell in any part of the district compiling with all revant standards /certifications of IS ,ISO,IEC, BIS etc having the manufacture of SPV Modules empanelled under latest ALMM of MNRE. The complete job includes. Solar PV modules in mono crystalline (minimum 960WP per HP)as per MNRE/IEC specification with replacement warrenty of 5years and 80% output of solar panels at the end of 25years (as per technical specifications)Controllar /VFD OF SUITABLE capacity operatable on both solar and grid supply with voltage range of30-300 VDC with inbuilt change over between solar and grid as per the technical specification of VFD .Replacement warranty of 5years Submersible pump with motor complete set (kirloskar /ksB/ CROMPTON/ WILO MAKE )having ISI certified brands with proven track record in government irrigation or solar pump projects preferebaly in ladakh .The multi-stage submersible pump shall be fitted with suitably designed impellers forhandling clean and contaminated river water .The submersible motor shall be water cooled .(as per technical certification of solar submersible /open well pump set ).Replacement warrenty of 5years for complete pump set (1+1 standby) Mounting structure complete (PG/HOT dip Galvanized IS 4759) cable of suitable type and conductor size ,as per PV array current ,shall be provided from the PV array to VFD and from VFD to motor .Submersible cable of 10sq..mm (minimum )shall be supplied along with suitable safety ropes for pump installation . Column pipes of GI in 3mtr length tobe joined by sealing and jointing materials and diameter notless than delivery of pumps including bends,nipples ,NRV and MS pipe clamps etc.as per site requirement Earthing as per 30430for motor and SPV array .A light ning arrester shall also be provided with SPV array . All civil, electrical and mechanical works including concrete foundations for pump set /concrete covering around the borewell ,leveling of ground for mounting structures, transptation charge to make the system functional and sustainable Installation ,testing ,and commissioning of the pump set along with column pipes in borewell /dugwell shall be carried out and the pump curved chart shall also be proved . CMC CHARGES. The comprehensive maintence contract shall include serving &replacement guarantee for parts and component such as pump set ,VFD /CONTROLLER /PVmodules and other hardware of solar water lifting system for five years from the date of installation .The date of CMC maintence period shall begin on the date of actual completion and testing of solar water lifting system Capacity of pump =q:300LPM, Total head =90m pump size =10HP Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
