The rate includes providing and placing in position 2 Nos 6mm dia M.S. bars at every third course of masonry work including all materials etc., complete. |
| 3 | Providing 15 mm thick plaster with CM(1:4) to walls at all heights and to projections, narrow bands and widths etc., including cost of all materials, tools, plant and labour, scaffolding arrangements and curing all as per specifications and directions of the engineer. |
| 4 | Removing white or colour wash by scraping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc., complete as directed. |
| 5 | Providing two(2) coats of synthetic enamel paint for doors, windows, grills etc., of required colour using approved branded paints like Asian / Berger / Nerolac, after removal of rust using wire brush or sand paper to give an even shade on old work including applying one coat of zinc rich primer complete all as directed |
| 6 | Providing plain cement concrete 1:2:4 nominal mix by using 20 mm aggregate and baby chips including mixing, depositing in position, tampering, finishing, curing including all materials & labbour etc., complete all as directed. |
| 7 | Providing Two(2) coats of white washing with suryacem / Hitech gold to ceiling surfaces after through scrapping, sand papering and cleaning the surface to give even shade etc., complete all as directed. |
| 8 | Applying two layers of 1mm thickness of putty of approved brands Birla / JK to new wall & old surfaces at all heights including necessary scaffolding and staging where ever required. Putty shall be finished till a smooth and even surface is achieved etc., complete all as directed. |
| 9 | Apply two coats of premium quality arcylic Interior emulsion paint, required shade to wall surfaces from approved brands Asian paints (Royal shine), Berger (silky luxury) including applying suitable primer, where ever specified by Engineer including necessary scaffolding etc., complete. (Rate includes removal of old paint with Buffing machine) |
| 10 | Apply two coats of premium quality weather proof arcylic Exterior emulsion paint over a one coat of primer, reqired shade to wall surfaces from approved brands Asian paints (apex ultima), Berger (Long life 10) where ever specified by Engineer in charge. |
| 11 | Supply and fix 32mm thick door shutters of make KALPATHARU or its equivalent including necessary SS fittings,SS butt hinges, SS tower bolts,SS handles and SS aldrops of required no's etc., complete all as directed. |
| 12 | Repairing and refixing of existing working wooden platform by replacing the damaged panels with 19mm thick plywood sheet and fixing of sunmica on top,bottom & sides, including all the necessary accessories - screws & fittings, gum (Fevicol) etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer In Charge. |
| 13 | Disposal of debris, surplus excavated earth, wooden scrap and RCC/PCC material etc disposal off the same from HSL to the private dumping yard up to 20km lead (not to dump in HSL colony dumping area & surronding areas) it is the responsibility of the firm to ensure no objection shall be raised by muncipal authorties /from any body .If any dispute arises the agency has to sort out at their own risk.complete all as directed. |
| 14 | Providing polymer modified mortar with cement sand ratio in 1:3 using Nito-bond SBR @ 7 Lits per Bag of cement, average thickness of 20 mm over the primed surface using Nito-Bond SBR in 1:1:3 by volume (SBR:Water:Cement) with necessary scaffolding arrangements etc. including cleaning of rust on reinforcement and application of nito zinc primer of fosroc make etc., complete |
| 15 | Repairing of existing Rolling Shutter including inside & outside locking with push and pull operation with all hardware fittings and including the cost of providing and fixing of long wire springs with grece services for a free movement, and replacement of all damaged parts as directed as engineer incharge. |
| 16 | Removing of old top railing of rolling shutter located at outside and handover to the PM Dept. / Disposal section after weighment etc,.as directed by the engineer incharge |
| 17 | Providing 2nd class hard and Sal wood work in frames of doors and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners and ss butt hinges of required dia and length and complete all as directed |
| 18 | Apply two coats of Damp Proof paint at damaged wall surfaces from approved brands Asian Paints, Berger as per manufacture reccomendations including necessary scaffolding etc., complete all as directed. |
