OD349029/2025-2026:Annual Maintenance and servicing of 1/1.5/2 TR 240 V Air Conditioner Units (Wall/Floor Mounting type Split AC unit) such as cleaning and servicing of indoor and outdoor unit in yearly as per the condition attached below. ( In normally Two water servicing in an year with using chemical material water pump etc. and Two Air servicing in an year with using cleaning material and pressure air pump etc. also including attending minor petty repairs ,fuse call/Break down attending, rectifying defects if any- excluding the material) during the contract period, cleaning indoor air filter per month or if required and maintaining of indoor and outdoor unit as a proper working condition through out an year.
