| 1 | Taking down carefully ceiling fan, exhaust fan, wall / pedestal fan of any make and any sweep and dismentaling of blades canopy down rod etc & remove to store for repair. & Refix the same including provision of 3 core 0.5 sq mm copper flexiable cable from ceiling rose to connector.Note (i) The representative (01 Supervisor, 2 Electrician & 2 Helper) of the contrcator shall report to Engineer-in-charge/JE on daily basis to carry out repairs to fan and the defects should be rectified on the same day & if Accn is found Locked contractor shall manpower next day.If contractor fails to deploy stipulated manpower for two consecutive working days that a panel recovery of 1000Rs per day shall be recovered from contractor from first day of absent. (ii) Spares such as Bearing, Capacitor, Capacitor Clamp, Rubber insulator will be measured seperately under respective item of this schedule as fixing only.(iii) Rewinding required will be measured and Paid Seperately. |
