| 1 | Charpoy GI Pipe (Drg No-FD-220)Segregating the repairable Charpoy GI Pipe at Furniture Yard of BSO (North) Meerut and removing the old unserviceable / damaged part from the charpoy GI pipe, M&L to replace the same with new parts duly match with the existing parts and completing finishing the same with size and shape all as specified, shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge and stacking the repaird furniture in the proper place and make it ready for further issue complete all as specified and directed : |
| 2 | Removal and replacement of broken or unserviceable long rail of 32 mm medium grade GI pipe as per drg compete all as specified and directed. |
| 3 | Cutting of long Rail obtained from Sl No 1.1 and convert into short rail including threading at both ends as required and fixing in repair of charpoy compete all as specified and directed. |
| 4 | Cutting of short rails and converting into legs including threading at one end as required and providing with 3 mm base plate duly welded and fixing in repairs of charpoy complete all as specifed and directed. |
| 5 | S & F in replacement MS checknut (Make-Zoloto/UNIK/DRP) as per drg complete all as specified and directed |
| 6 | S & F is replacement of 3 way elbow (Make-Zoloto/UNIK/DRP) as per drg and required |
| 7 | Removing of old broken middle rail of 25 mm dia GI pipe and provision of new one as specified by Engr-in-Charge and fixing the same by welding in the middle of both the long rail complete all as specified and directed. |
| 8 | Removing of old unserviceable 12 mm thick ply from top of the charpoy GI pipe (Make-Greenply/Archidply/Centuary ply and providing 12 mm ply wood BWR grade ISI marked conforming to IS: 303 of size 6.5' x 3'. Plywood shall be fixed on the top of Charpoy frame with suitable size of 09 Nos half round stainless steel nuts and bolts completely all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
| 9 | POLISHING :M & L for preparation of old wooden surfaces by grinding through grinding machine including filling of cavities and polishing with Polyurathane Polish (PU Polish) to achieve high glossy finish to the following wooden furniture complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
