1	ALMIRAH LARGE STEEL CP Handle (FD-1031) :- Removing of old unserviceable handles from Almirah large steel and S&F new CP steel handle of latest pattern having exisiting size to Almirah large steel directed by GE/Engr-in-Charge.
2	Lock : Removing of old unserviceable lock from Almirah large steel and S&F new lock of approved make, 06 lever with two keys & brass lever to Almirah large steel all as shown on drawing or as directed.
3	Locking Device : M&L for locking device and lock bar as required and as directed by Engr-in-Charge to Almirah large steel including making adjustment of door shutter & applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red-oxide primer after preparation of surfaces complete with spray machine all as shown on drawing and as directed.
4	Legs : Removing of old unserviceable leg from Almirah large steel and S&F new leg made out of 1mm thick MS black sheet (PBI) of existing size, shape and welding at appropriate points all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

9	S & F 02 Nos of nylon bufferrs at the bottom of each legs with MS bolt.

20	Removing of old unserviceable head board from Bed Hard and S&F new head board made of 18 mm thick Plywood BWR Grade both laminated with colour/ shade approved by GE/ Engr-in-Chrge. All as per size and design shown on drawing and as directed.
21	All as per Sr.item No. 3.01 here-in-before but foot board of Bed hard.
22	S&F in replacement hard rubber shoes at each corner of long rail of Bed hard steel all as shown on drg.
23	S&F in replacement hard rubber shoes at the top of leg of of Bed hard steel all as shown on drg.
24	S&F in replacement hard rubber shoes at the bottom of leg of Bed hard steel all as shown on drg.
25	Welding to broken joints of bed hard all as directed .
26	TABLE BED SIDE (OFFICERS) (FD/E-6/MAP/15/(R) :-Replacement of upper drawer made out of 18 mm thick BWR plywood with both side lamination & 2mm PVC edge-binding (Make-Rehau/Pegasus/Kinex) as per colour/ shade existing and approved by GE/Engr-in-Charge.
27	Replacement of Lower drawer made out of 18 mm thick BWR plywood witrh both lamination with colour/ shade existing as approved by GE/Engr-in-Charge & telescopic channel of best quality (Make-Godrej/EBCO/Hettich) as approved by Engr-in-charge.

31	Removing of old/unserviceable handle from the table bed side and supply and fixing new CP steel handle 100mm long as per sample, shape and size as directed by Engr-in-charge/GE.
32	LOCKER BED SIDE STEEL (FD-257/1029) :-Replacement of old unserviceable hasp and staple with new 100mm long MS chromium plated hasp and staple all as shown drg and as directed.
33	Replacement of old unserviceable bow handle with new 100mm long CP steel bow handle all as shown on drg and as directed.
34	Replacement of unserviceable conduit pipe with new CP steel conduit pipe of siutable size of 20mm dia having wall thickness 1.25mm to locker steel.
35	Replacement of unserviceable socket with new aluminium socket/brackets suitable for MS 20mm dia conduit pipes.
36	Removing of old unserviceable foot rest from locker bed side steel and supply and fixing new foot rest made out of 1mm thick MS black sheet (PBI) of existing size, shape and welding at appropriate points and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade with spray machine over a coat of primer after preparation of surfaces complete all as directed.

40	S & F 02 Nos of nylon bufferrs at the bottom of each legs with MS bolt.
41	CHAIR REVOLVING (STEEL) (TP) :- Replacement of old unserviceable seat and back of chair with new seat of 12mm thick plywood covered with 75mm thick U foam and best quality of tapestry cloth. The back shall be 6mm thick plywood fixed on frame with screwes and covered with 40mm thick U foam over shape and best quality of tapestry cloth. Seat and back fixed on frame with screw and including all minor repairs and welding etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- The tapestry cloth of rate ranging between Rs. 250/- to Rs. 275/- per meter as per sample approved by GE.
42	Removing of old/unserviceable tapestry cloth from seat and back of existing Chair Revolving and S&F new tapestry cloth to seat and back of Chair Revolving complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note:- The tapestry cloth of rate shall not be less than Rs. 175/- per meter as per sample approved by GE).
43	Replacement of unserviceable hydrulic system of Chair revolving for the adjustment of height all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
44	Replacement of old ,unserviceable/broken wheel base of Chair revolving all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
45	Removing old/unservicavle twin castor wheel from chair and S & F new twin wheel castors as per shape and size complete all as specified and directed.

61	S&F in replacement PVC shoes to Table dining OR's steel complete all as shown on drg and as directed.

63	CHARPOY WITH HARD TOP (FD/MAP-II/01) :- Removing of old and unserviceable Plytop from Charpoy with hard top and S&F of new 12 mm thick BWR plywood (Make-Greenply Gold 2.0/Archid Gold/Century ply (Architect ply) of suitable size, ISI marked (IS-303), BWR phenol bonded plywood with unpolished edging of approved quality all as directed by Engr-in-Charge /GE.
64	Welding to broken joints of Charpoy with hard top all as directed .
65	S&F in replacement hard rubber shoes at the bottom of Charpoy with hard top all as shown on drg.
66	TABLE 3'x 2' STEEL WITH DRAWER (FD-1008) :- Removing of old unserviceable top from Table 3'x2' steel with drawer and supply and fixing of new top made out of 18 mm thick BWR plywood (IS:303) duly post-formed with colour / shade as approved by Engr-in-Charge / GE

71	Removing of old unserviceable drawer from Table 3'X2' steel with drawer and supply and fixing the new drawer of same size and shape made out of 1mm thick MS black sheet all as shown on drawing and applying one coat of synthetic enamel olive green paint with spray painting (Internally and externally) over a coat of primer after preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
72	TABLE 3'x 2' STEEL WITHOUT DRAWER (Drg No FD-1007) :-Removing of old unserviceable top from Table 3'x2' steel with drawer and supply and fixing of new top made out of 18 mm thick BWR plywood duly post-formed with colour / shade as approved by Engr-in-Charge / GE
