Note :- Work will be carried out upto 3rd storey of bldgs also as per pirection of Engr-in-charge including necessary formwok and scaffolding required as per site conditions & no extra payment shall be made on this account. |
| 2 | Rendering 10+5 mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surface walls in two layers, in cement mortar 1:4 , rendering is to be finished even and fair without using extra cement (up to 2nd storey with necessary scaffolding) complete all as specified and directed. |
| 3 | M&L Rendering cement plaster, 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces of wall in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. |

| 11 | S&F pressed steel frames of size 125mm x 60mm made out of size 1.25mm thick MS sheet for doors single rebated including mild steel hinges medium weight 100 mm long and 25mm x 3mm flat iron in holdfast,tie bar including necessary fixing lugs, hold fast, lock strike plate and fixing arrangement etc complete as specified and making good in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 including PCC 1:3:6 as in back fill to chowkats complete all as specified and directed. |
| 12 | S&F pressed steel frames of size 105mm x 60mm made out of size 1.25mm thick MS sheet for doors double rebated including mild steel hinges medium weight 100 mm long and 25mm x 3mm flat iron in holdfast,tie bar including necessary fixing lugs, hold fast, lock strike plate and fixing arrangement etc complete as specified and making good in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 including PCC 1:3:6 as in back fill to chowkats complete all as specified and directed. |
| 13 | Supply and fixing Factory made, plain framed, panelled shutter (two Panel) 35mm thick, 2nd class Hardwood with lock rail and panel of 9 mm B.W.P commercial ply. The size of rail and stiles as per as per IS:1003 (Part-I),kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and directed. |
| 14 | Supply and fixing 35mm thick 2nd Class hard wood glazed,gauzed and skelton shutters open rebated and prepare to receive glass, gauge etc but divided into squares with plain chamfered or rounded mitred and rebated sash bars,stiles and rails as specified in SSR Part-I Sec 8 clause 8.24 (a) complete all as specified and directed. |
| 15 | S&F Flush shutters, 30 mm thick solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides complete all as specified. (Both side lamination with sides liping) Note :- Sample approved by Engr-in-Charge or GE. |
| 16 | S&F Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm Plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with mild steel square tube, supplying and fixing in opening as per specifications and drawing including making good to disturbed surface of walls, complete all as specified and directed. |
| 17 | S&F Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppplying and fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed. |
| 18 | S&F Factory made solid PVC Moulded door shutter 28 to 30 mm thick (Stiles) with particle board core with 2, 4 ,or 6 raised panel design with 2 mm thick moulded Prelam PVC sheet on the front face & 2 mm Prelam PVC sheet on back face, to be fitted in the mild steel frame welded/sealed to the stiles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, supplying and fixing in the framme at site as per specification and drawing, complete all as specified and directed.
