| 7 | Errors will be corrected by the employer for any arithmetical errors in computation or summation as per contract conditions |
| 8 | The Financial Proposal (as per BOQ) shall be uploaded online on the website http://eprocure.gov.in/eprocure/app. The rates shall be quoted in the excel file provided in the bid documents. The tenderer shall download the excel file and quote the rates against BOQ amount given. After quoting their rates the excel file shall be uploaded accordingly. The rates shall not be offered/quoted elsewhere in the technical submission/tender submission. |
| 9 | The cost of work is for total scope of work provided in NIT and Scope of Work |
| 10 | All the unit rates/ percentages should be filled in figures. In case of any discrepancy, the value provided in words shall be treated as sacrosanct |
| 11 | The work executed against all the BOQ items in tender document would be paid on as per actually executed work |
| 12 | No extra payment shall be made if total addition / alteration results in increase in length/area of corridor up to 10%. However, beyond 10% deviation in length/area, extra payment shall be paid under relevant clause of agreement only on written instruction by E-in-C after approval of NIT approval authority with recorded reason and it shall be final and binding. Similar principle shall be followed for reduction in scope of work. | 28 | The Tenderer shall indicate price reduction against each deviation in Annexure-3A of BOQ. This price is the price which the tenderer shall reduce from his tender price if deviation(s) is/are accepted by the Employer. |
| 29 | Where there is no deviation, the statement should be returned duly signed with an endorsement indicating ‘No Deviations’. In case, Performa of deviations is not submitted or submitted as blank, it will be construed that the tenderer has not proposed any deviations from tender documents. |
| 30 | It shall be noted that in case Nil/Zero/NA Price quoted by Tenderer in Appendix-3A then it shall mean that contractor has quoted same price for deviation and undeviation bid. |
