Consolidation of hard stone ballast by hand rammer including opening out stacks sorting hard stone ballast into three sizes, repairing patches in existing road suface with hard stone ballast making medhi to retain water and ramming and also including carriage of metal upto 30 meters (100 ft.) carriage of water 200 metre supply and maintenance of barriers and all tools and plants required for proper completion of work, hard stone ballast to be supplied to the contractor free at site.but 12cm (loose) thick coat of stone ballast excluding roller charges +all comp. work

Providing & laying Tack coat with bitumen emulsion (SS) on prepared sureface of granualar base including cleaning of road surfase and spraying primer at th rate of 0.20 kg/sqm using mechenical means. (Ref.to Mort&H Specification No 502)

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates from approved quarry of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder (CRMB.55) @ 5.20 Per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site laying with smooth wheeled vibratory and tander rollers to achieve the desired compaction (Ref. to Mort&H Specification No 509) Adjustment for bitumen shall be done as per job mix formula and E-in-C letter No 2651 Dt 27-07-12 Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
