Inspection, Data Collection and Digitization & Municipal Asset Management:This item includes conducting a comprehensive field Data collection, Inspection and physical verification of all immovable and leased assets of SMC including open municipal lands, administrative and public buildings, shopping complexes, municipal shops, public utilities, open spaces, gardens, samaj mandirs, lands under reservation and any other property instructed by SMC; collection, verification and digitization of all relevant property, lease, ownership, revenue and legal documents; preparation of GIS-based georeferenced maps over SMC with indexed documentation; computerization and creation of a centralized municipal asset database capturing ownership, usage, area, GIS location and valuation; and linked photographs, digital plans and valuation details and all work mentioned in scope of work section 8.1
