Dismantling of wornout mill inlet hot air duct & mixed air duct portion between Hot air gate and Cold air gate at above 9m level by scaffolding, marking, cutting hot air duct & cold air duct, inspection doors, seal air duct joint & hot air & cold air duct joints, leading, lifting, loading and transporting and devoluting the reterived scraps at stores

Fabrication, erection of mill inlet hot air duct & mixed air duct portion between hot air gate & cold air gate (from main hot air bus & cold air bus to above 9 meter level as per standards and as per the direction of site incharge). Work involves fabrication of ducts, venturi, transition bend duct with stiffiner, channels, angles and replacement of expansion bellows as per existing. Complete welding with leak testing, leading, lifting, loading and transporting charges, special electrodes, cost of consumables and hire charges for crane, winch and T&P’s.
