Annual Maintenance Contract for repair and maintenance of Air Conditioning systems (both Units) of 01 number Komatsu make PC 2000-8 Hydraulic Shovel SRI RAM (Sl. No. 20604 , Exc-3006) working at Nigahi Project, NCL for 365 days Scope of Work:(1) The subject work shall be done as per quantity as given in BOQ and the terms and condition of the contract to the satisfaction of the Staff officer (Excv) or his representative , i.e., First Level Check Officer ( In charge Hydraulic Shovel) , Second Level Check Officer ( Project Engineer (Excv))(2) All manpower required for the work will be arranged by the firm. Further refrigerant & compressor oil for the air conditioner shall also be provided by the firm. Refilling and top up of Refrigerant and compressor oil as and when required to maintain proper cooling in Operator cabin of Equipment. Refrigerant & compressor oil provided by contractor should comply with the recommendations of Govt. agency from time to time.(3) Firm will have to carry out pressurized washing with their own arrangements.(4) Firm has to provide their own nitrogen gas required for checking leakages and other works of AC maintenance.(5) All required spares (excluding Refrigerant & compressor oil which has to be provided by contractor) will be supplied by NCL during the entire contract period.(6) Contractor has to make operative all the units of the cabin AC system in the machine at the beginning of contract and to ensure proper cooling in operator cabin i.e. temperature within the range 190 C to 250 C.(7) During the starting of contract, One Periodic / Scheduled inspection and maintenance will be arranged by the service provider as per OEM/OPM check sheet and recommendations for each machine and the report must be submitted to Staff officer (Excv) or their representative ,i.e., First Level Check Officer ( In charge Hydraulic Shovel) , Second Level Check Officer ( Project Engineer (Excv))(8) To carry out Periodic and schedule inspection and maintenance of Entire Air Conditioning system as per check list and OEM recommendation. Thorough inspection of AC system performance by team consisting of System specialist with helper in line with the check sheets and OEM recommendations. This Periodic inspection Service should be carried out minimum once in a month for each machine. The periodic inspection service should include at least following aspects:(i) Checking Refrigerant gases / leaks.(ii) Vacuum formation in the system by means of vacuum pump.(iii) Compressor Oil filling as per requirement.(iv) Refrigerant Charging in the system.(v) Cleaning of all the filters.(9) Contractor has to assist in planning and procurement of spares for maintenance, repair and stocking at our end.(10) Proper record of each job done by your firm shall be kept in a bound register and shall be duly signed by First Level Check Officer (In charge Hydraulic Shovel) , Second Level Check Officer ( Project Engineer (Excv)) at the time of work for proper discharge of firm’s obligations under contract. Same shall be countersigned by EIC after satisfactory execution of Work for proper discharge of firm’s obligations under contract..(11) Manpower & Supervision:- To execute the complete maintenance activity, the firm shall provide the required manpower and services of specially experienced and dedicated technicians, skilled & semiskilled workers(12) Proper functioning of AC system: - Full functioning of AC system as required for operators comfort to be ensured i. e. firm has to ensure proper functioning of cooling system in the machine through-out the contract period. The firm shall provide response to attend and rectify the repair / maintenance of the air conditioner within 08 hours after being informed by SMS / email on their registered mobile no /email, etc.(13) Firm has to submit Periodic monthly inspection Service report along with monthly bill
