Comprehensive maintenance contract of water chiller plants 5 nos. installed at Okhla consisting of one 3 TR Kirloskar make semi-harmatic compressor with condensing unit, shell & tube type stainless steel chiller, water circulation pump and control panel including repair/replacement of all defective major/minor parts in the system (ensure chilled water supply from water booths) for the period as per below:-For March to October 8 Months 8 Months X 5 = 40 months

Comprehensive maintenance contract of 5 nos. water booth installed at Okhla in winter season from November to February consisting of water circulation pump and control panel including repair/replacement of all defective major/minor parts bib cocks, GI pipe fitting, Ball valve in the system (ensure proper water supply from water booths) for the period as per below:-For November to February 4 Months 4 Months X 5 = 20 months

Providing semi-skilled staff at least 1 nos. in one shift operation 5 nos. water chiller plants installed at Okhla for first shiftFor March to October Qty.= 1 X 8 = 8 Months

Providing semi-skilled staff at least 1 nos. in one shift operation of above 5 nos. water chiller plants installed at Okhla for second shift.For March to October Qty.= 1 X 8 = 8 Months

Providing unskilled staff at least 1 nos. for cleaning inside & outside of the (6 Nos.) piao's tiles & water tank etc. as required. Cleaing material and replacement of broken/damaged water taps shall be provided by the contractor. Every tank of piao will be cleaned every 3 month, complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge.Qty. = 1 X 12 = 12 Months
