| 1 | Shifting / installation of HC pump set and voltage stabilizer at filling station Baryal by way of dismantling the 30000 GPH x 200 meter head and 180 HP motor and shifting near pump room for installation. Dismantling /breaking of old existing RCC block by way of deploying skilled and un skilled labour by using electric concrete breaker, high carbon chisels and other tools and tackles etc. up to the depth of approx. 1.5 meters alongwith cutting of old steel mesh. The job includes earthwork in bulk excavation around the foundation block on each of the four sides of the block up to the depth of about 2 meters so as to form a size of 6’x4’x3’ or as per dimensions of base frame .Dumping of excavated material outside the pump room at a distance of 100 meters approximately. Providing and fabrication of 6 no. foundation bolts of suitable thickness one meter long by threading them at one end and making of anchor to other end. Laying of bed concrete of 1:4:8 mix using 20 percent aggregate, laying of RCC of 1:1.5:3 mix including supply/fixing of form work / shuttering, aggregates, sand and cement, reinforcement steel 10mm, angle iron for supporting/alignment of base-frame including cutting, bending, placing in position and binding, welding, placing of foundation bolts with base frame and making proper alignment of base frame horizontally as well as longitudinally, deployment of vibrator, mixer, welding set, shuttering, tools and tackles etc. and curing complete. Job further includes dragging of pump motor set from the stacking place and then placing them on the base frame by manual labour and other tools and tackles, Leveling of pump motor set on the base frame by using laminated sheet, strips and coupling thereof. Laying of 150mm dia MS suction and 100mm dia delivery pipe lines to the pump set by providing and cutting of 150mm dia MS and 100mm dia MS pipes as per site requirement in the convenient lengths with the help of oxygen acetylene gas. The cut edges shall be grinded with grinder to give them a smooth and even surface and then laying, aligning, welding of suction and delivery pipes in continuous fillet weld including providing, fabrication and fitting of 150mm dia and 100 mm dia MS bends, flanges, expanders, reducers, gaskets, as per requirement, providing and fitting of 150mm dia CS check valve and CI sluice valve along with nuts, bolts, gaskets etc. on the suction pipe line and 100mm dia cast steel sluice valve and cast steel NRV one no. each with bypass system (class 150 rating of IS standards alongwith manufacturers in house test certificate of material) including nuts, bolts, gasket, flanges on the delivery pipe side of pump set and connecting with manifold. The weld should be free from blow holes and porosity to have leak proof water tight joint. Suctions / delivery pipelines should by properly painted with red oxide primer and subsequently good quality black paint. Impregnation of 180 HP motor by dismantling and cleaning of motor alongwith varnishing, heating and assembling after drying of motor alongwith replacement of damaged bearings. Providing / fitting of 630 ampere MCCB, 50KA breaking strength of Havells / L&T or other equivalent make, on the board of the pump room by replacing damaged MCCB alongwith replacement of old and wornout aluminum strips-4nos. of bus bar with new ones of higher rating. Job further includes providing and laying of 150mm2 copper cable from bus bar to panel approximately 30 meters in length and then providing and laying of 120mm2 copper cable from panel to motor as per site requirement approx. 36 meters in length conforming to ISI standard and specifications, with proper thimbling and insulation. Job also includes dismantling of voltage stabilizer and shifting / installation at new place alongwith topping up of stabilizer with 100 ltrs. Of T-oil. Testing on no load and then on full load. Job also includes repair of 300 ampere LT control panel by way of dismantling and shifting to workshop , repair by providing and fitting of new 300 ampere / 265 ampere / 185 ampere contractor kit, motor protection relay, power wiring of panel, LED, knobs, kit-kat fuse and shifting back to site. Making connections with proper thimbling and insulation, testing on no load and on full load.
