| 1 | Routine maintenance consisting of normal repairs with periodical routine maintenance, attending breakdown as and when required and testing of voltage stabilizer of capacity up to 50KVA complete including all consumbles items like cotton, waste cloth, kerosene oil etc. Maintenance will be carried out complete all as specified and directed and comprising of the following:-(a) Greasing of all points.(b) Checking of servo.(c) Checking of relays, selector switch, control switch, micro switch, carbon bush.(d) Checking of sensing trigger transformer, main transformer and dimmer.(e) Checking of ammeter,Voltmeter,contactor.(f) Checking and repairing of all internal wiring and connection of voltage stabilizer complete(g) Checking of any leaking in oil.(h) Repair/rewiring of broken/ damaged control panel connection including measuring instruments, indicators, devices etc. |
| 2 | M&L for taking down the main transformer from the voltage stabilizer of capacity upto 50KVA after dismanting from load, removing the oil from the tank and removal of servo from tank and transporting the servo to factory/repair shop for winding with suitable size copper wire including varnishing and baking for insulation enhancement and reassembling the all the parts of voltage stabilizer transporting to the site and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. |
| 3 | S&F for torque motor suitable for voltage stabilizer of capacity upto 50 KVA complete all as specified and directed. |
| 4 | S&F for Voltmeter (0-500Volt) complete all as specified and directed. |

| 12 | M&L for dehydration and filtration of transformer oil by dehydration plant (bringing plant at site) including testing of sample before and after dehydration and filtration to achieved 40 KV at 2.5 mm gap complete all as specified and as directed.Note: (a) The filtration of the transformer oil shall be carried out at different locations of Air Force Station Mohanbari.(b) The report before filtration and after filtration to be submitted by contractor.(c) Transformer oil for topping up will be measured and paid separately. |
| 13 | Supply and toping up of new transformer oil (in sealed barrel) confirming to IS 335 Std having dielectric strength 50KV at 2.5mm gap after initial dehydration complete all as specified and directed. |
| 14 | Labour charges for finding out defects of fully Automatic Mains Failure Panel (AMF) of DG set capacity upto 750 kVA and taking out burnt interconnection wiring including U/S and serviceable components for reuse including rewiring of panel using existing size of copper cable, ferrule, lugs, insulating material, nut bolt washers of various sizes refixing serviceable items any make and part No and testing complete all as specified and directed.Note:-(i) Minor parts like control cables, fuse, nuts bolts, washers, screws are inclusive in above rates(ii) Spare parts shall be measured and paid for saperately under respective items here in after as \\"supply only\\" (iii) Repairs to AMF Panel of DG set will be carried out by authorised agent as approved by GE. |

(d) Tightening of all nut bolts.(e) Greasing of all points.(f) Checking of any leaking in fuel and oil lines.(g) Adjusting valve tappet clearence/ timing.(h) Injector pressure test cleaning and repairing, tightening fasteners and making lubrication leak proof.Note:- (a) Spare parts like fuel filter, air filter, fan belt, fuel pipe, nozzle valve, lube oil pipe and water temp gauge etc. will be measured and paid separately.(b) DHPP (N) required at the time of maintenance / testing will be issued under Sch \\"B\\" 'Free for filling'. |
