Scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc 400 Sqm and depth exc 50mm deep but not exc 100mm deep complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 75mm thick(Compacted thickness) WBM with coarse aggregate of (Granite, trap or basalt stone) of grading-2 (63 to 40mm) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size) spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber with 8 to 10 Tonne power road roller complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparing unsurfaced WBM surface using mechanical brooms and removing the dust/ foreign particles/ caked mud etc. by using suction in built to the mechanical brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying evenly a tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen VG 30 grade @ 10 Kg per 10 Sqm with the help of Mechanical Sprayer over the bituminous surface etc, complete, all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Premix bituminous, macadam with 4% binder content of VG-30 grade bitumen laid by Manual laying / Mechanical pavers and vibratory rollers of appropriate specifications/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 30 mm thick Bituminous Semi Dense Asphaltic Concrete using 5.5% binder content VG-30 grade paving bitumen using Manual laying / Mechanical pavers and vibratory rollers of appropriate specifications spread rolled and consolidated to required and camber complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of bituminous surfaces of roads and marking 2 mm thick center lines, stop lines dashes arrows and the like not exceeding 10 cm wide on roads pavements, with hot thermo palstic road marking paint of approved color confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufactures instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed.
