Disconnecting & taking down the ceiling fan of any sweep to carry out preventive maintenance and re hanging the same after cleaning the dust etc with air pressure, cotton cloth & brush, taking out ball bearing and bush, cleaning with kerosine oil, lubricating greasing, oiling, cleaning to winding including supply and replacement of nuts, bolts, rubber seal, split pin, connector and copper cable PVC size 3 core 0.5 Sqmm upto required lenght from ceiling rose to connector of ceiling fan including hanging, connecting up and testing complete all as specified

M&L for two coat of spray painting of ceiling fan of any sweep complete with blades, down rod etc with synthetic enamel paint of approved colour by spraying including filling cavities with filler, preparation of surfaces cleaning all dust etc and writing of MES No of size not exc 5cm thick using black enamelled paint complete all as specified .
