| 2 | Providing, supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of Forest Green Wall System using PPCP (Polypropylene Co-Polymer) modular pots, designed for vertical installation on RCC/steel structures, comprising high-strength, UV-stabilized PPCP pots/panels of suitable size with interlocking arrangement, resistant to weathering, cracking and deformation, securely mounted on MS framework with anti-corrosion coating; each pot shall be filled with engineered lightweight growing media consisting of a scientifically balanced mix of cocopeat, perlite, vermiculite, compost and soil conditioner, ensuring high porosity, proper aeration, moisture retention and efficient drainage, with media weight optimized for vertical load conditions; provision of geo-textile layer (non-woven, UV-stabilized) inside each pot to prevent media loss while allowing free water percolation, tightened with high-strength UV-resistant thread for durability under outdoor exposure; plantation shall include a mix of ornamental and native plant species such as Roheo, Tradescantia, Syngonium, Spider plant, fern, Jade Plant, Pandanus Etc as well as species selected based on local climatic conditions, shade tolerance and low maintenance requirements, ensuring minimum plant density of 6 plants per square feet and survival rate of not less than 90%; the system shall be compatible with drip irrigation network, ensuring uniform water distribution across all modules; all components including pots, media, plants, geo-textile lining, fixing accessories and supports shall be of approved quality, complete with all labour, materials, transportation, installation, replacement during establishment period, ensuring a dense, uniform, aesthetically pleasing and long-lasting vertical green wall, complete in all respects as per specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. |

| 4 | Providing, supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of a fully automated lot-based drip irrigation system for vertical garden (Requirement (Per Plant) 0.5 to 1.0 Liters per plant per day), comprising of independent irrigation zones (lots) with LLDPE drip laterals (16 mm) with inline/online emitters of 4 LPH discharge at 150–300 mm spacing, suitable for uniform water distribution across panels; complete with disc filtration unit (minimum 120 mesh), electrically operated solenoid valves (1”/1.5”, 24V AC/DC) for zone-wise control, programmable multi-station irrigation controller with timer (minimum 4–8 zones, weatherproof IP65 enclosure), venturi-based fertigation system, necessary valves, non-return valves, air release valves, fittings, clamps, and weatherproof electrical connections; the system shall ensure ≥90% distribution uniformity, be UV-stabilized, leak-proof, energy-efficient, and suitable for outdoor conditions, including all labour, materials, installation, testing, trial run, and maintenance provisions, complete in all respects as per specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 5 | Providing, supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of piping system for vertical garden, including mainline, sub-main lines, fittings, and water storage tanks, comprising CPVC pipes conforming to IS standards (IS 15778 or equivalent), SDR 11/13.5, with mainline diameter 32–50 mm and sub-main diameter 20–32 mm, capable of withstanding minimum pressure of 6 kg/cm², suitable for continuous outdoor use; pipes shall be UV-stabilized (externally protected where exposed), corrosion-resistant, and joined using CPVC solvent cement of approved make ensuring leak-proof joints; all necessary fittings such as CPVC tees, elbows, couplers, reducers, unions, end caps, and adaptors shall be provided, along with brass/CPVC ball valves, non-return valves, and air release valves at required intervals for efficient system operation and maintenance; the system shall be connected to rotational moulded HDPE/LLDPE water storage tanks of 1000–2000 litres capacity, UV-stabilized, food-grade quality, triple-layer construction, complete with inlet, outlet, overflow, drain, and float valve arrangement, mounted on a stable platform; the entire system shall be securely fixed along the vertical garden structure with proper supports and clamps, ensuring durability, uniform water flow, minimal leakage, and long service life, including all materials, labour, transportation, installation, testing and commissioning, complete in all respects as per technical specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. |

| 9 | Providing, supplying, fabricating and installing outdoor stainless steel benches (4-seater capacity) suitable for heavy-duty public use, manufactured using stainless steel of SS grade or equivalent, conforming to relevant IS standards, with primary structural members made from stainless steel square/rectangular pipes of typical size 40×40 mm, 50×25 mm or equivalent, having minimum pipe thickness of 1.2 mm, and seating/backrest components made from stainless steel perforated sheets or slotted pipes with minimum thickness of 1.0 mm; the bench shall be ergonomically designed with proper curvature for comfortable seating, rounded edges for user safety, and a backrest inclined at an angle of 100°–110° for support, with provision of smooth, curved integrated stainless steel armrests (optional but recommended); all components shall be fabricated using CNC cutting, TIG/MIG welding with seamless, burr-free joints, followed by grinding and polishing to achieve a uniform matte/satin (anti-glare) finish, with optional mirror polish for premium applications, ensuring complete resistance to rust, corrosion, UV exposure, moisture and temperature variations, making it suitable for outdoor, coastal and high-humidity conditions; the bench shall have reinforced welded joints and structural stability to support a uniform load capacity of minimum 300 kg, designed for continuous public usage; installation shall be carried out either as surface-mounted benches using pre-drilled stainless steel base plates (minimum 5 mm thickness, size approx. 50×40 mm or 40×40 mm per leg) fixed with anchor fasteners to RCC surface, or as free-standing units with anti-skid rubber bushes where specified; the design shall be anti-vandal, tamper-resistant, modern and minimalistic, with options for customization including powder-coated finishes, branding or laser-cut logos and directions of the Engineer-in-charge. |

| 11 | Providing, supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of Outdoor LED Video Wall for advertisement purposes of size approximately 5ft × 3 ft, comprising high-quality outdoor LED display modules with pixel pitch of 4 mm (P4) and minimum resolution of 480 × 320 pixels, suitable for high visibility and clarity in outdoor conditions; the display shall be of true outdoor type with minimum brightness of ≥5000 nits, ensuring clear visibility under direct sunlight, and shall have IP65 protection rating (front side) for resistance against dust, rain and harsh weather conditions; the LED cabinets/modules shall be made of robust material such as die-cast aluminium or powder-coated MS with proper heat dissipation system, ensuring durability and long operational life; the system shall have a refresh rate of minimum 1920 Hz or higher for flicker-free display, wide viewing angle (≥140° horizontal/vertical), and colour uniformity suitable for dynamic advertisement content; the display shall be operated through a compatible control system with media player, sending card, receiving cards and necessary software for remote content management and scheduling; the system shall operate on standard AC power supply with suitable SMPS units, energy-efficient design and proper earthing; the installation shall include MS structural frame/support with anti-rust coating, designed to withstand wind loads and securely mounted on suitable foundation or structure; complete with all cabling, connectors, electrical accessories, weatherproof enclosures and safety devices; the system shall be capable of displaying video, images and text content continuously with minimum maintenance and expected life of 100,000 hours; including all materials, labour, transportation, installation, testing, commissioning and demonstration, complete in all respects as per technical specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 12 | Providing, installation, testing, and commissioning of high-performance outdoor LED Plant Growth Light. Each unit shall be equipped with a high-efficiency 12W COB LED chip designed to support landscape aesthetics and plant growth, delivering a warm white output with a CRI of >80 and a precise 30° beam angle. The fixture must be constructed with a durable grey-coloured housing measuring Ø70 mm in diameter and 115 mm in height, featuring an IP 66 rating to ensure complete protection against dust and high-pressure water jets in outdoor environments. The electrical installation must feature an internal isolated driver with an efficiency of >85% and a power factor of >0.95, capable of operating within a wide voltage range of 120V to 300V AC. For long-term reliability in varying climates, the system shall include integrated 4KV surge protection and safety mechanisms against over-temperature, short-circuits, and reverse polarity. The contractor is responsible for ensuring the light provides a minimum efficacy of 140 lm/W and maintains a functional lifespan of at least 40,000 hours within an operating temperature range of -10°C to +50°C. Final placement shall be executed via the integrated spike mount to ensure stability and optimal orientation toward the targeted flora or architectural features. |
