Dismantling of complete motor and strips of 328HP/245KW HT motor.

Replacement of strips/coils of super Enamelled glass copper strip in place of damaged strip/coil (total coils in one motor are 90 Nos. and for 02 No. motors coils will be 180 Nos.) of 328HP/245KW HT motor.

Re-insulation of strips/coils including all insulation material required (total coils in one motor are 90 Nos. and for 02 No. motors coils will be 180 Nos.) of 328HP/245KW HT motor.

Cleaning by MTO & varnishing of rotor of 328HP/245KW HT motor.

Repairing of bearing seat of motor by re-metaling & turning/machining as per bearing size of 328HP/245KW HT motor.

Replacement of Bearing 6226-C3 (FAG/SKF make)

Complete assembling of motor including essential item left out if any and testing/ commissioning of 328HP/245KW HT motor at Pump House site.

Credit of old copper scrap(Per kg. Rate)
