EOT Crane AMCProvision of Maintenance of all EOTs with tandem Operation at Orange Facility at Dundigal site including material and labour for maintenance repairs and perodical check with skilled crane mechanic to all components including limit switches for vertical horizontial and longitudial motion greasing lubrication to all movable spares adjustment of flexible cable with cable carrrier, replacement of PVC cable carrier, reftification / tightening of all electrical connections etc electrificals drive motors, checking and rectification of brake system with replacement of tie rod, replacement of gear oil, replacement of gasket oil seal and required nut and bolts checking rectification of portable / pendent control panel and checking / rectification of cranes light points for smooth functioning as required and cleaning and dusting of all components once in every month complete all by authorised service agency and directed by Engineer-in-charge.Service Engineer will visit the site for every quarter(i.e 4 visits ) for verifying the health of cranes & hoists and will do necessary maintenance as per Terms and conditions in contract.(i) EOT Crane of 20 Tons-2 Nos(GST will be paid extra)

Annual Comprehensive Maintenance of 500 LPH Capacity water treatment unit / system based on reverse obmosis (R O) method.The Comprehensive AMC covers 4 mandatory service calls (i.e 4 visits) & unlimited complaint calls inclusive of all spare parts, service and consumables.
