Providing, fitting, testing and Commissioning of new 3 Pole, 50HZ, 400AMP, MCCB with thermal magnetic release with a breaking capacity of 50 KA at 415V AC after removing the damaged one by suitable means. The job includes removing of the old damaged MCCB from the main control panel board by way of isolating the incoming lines and disconnecting all the incoming/outgoing connections. The job shall include cutting of the damaged portions of outgoing cables and then providing and fitting of required no. Of new Al. thimbles of required size reconnecting with incoming and outgoing connections and testing the MCCB`s on full load.

Providing and fitting of 250 Amp,3-pole 415V MCCB with thermal magnetic release having 50 kA breaking capacity (Ics= 100% Icu) (Make: L&T/Schneider or equivalent).The job includes removing of old damaged Mccb`s from main panel and fitting of new mccb`s with new thimbles as per sample and testing of the same on full load.

Providing and fitting of 185 sq.mm PVC insulated 1100V single core industrial Aluminium cable (40mtrs) for incoming supply to Motors as the existing cable is completely damaged.The job comprises of providing and fixing of Aluminium terminals(30 No) of Dowels/Reputed make of suitable size and Amperage,P/F of suitable galvanised Nuts and bolts of required Number and size The crimping of terminals by using hydraulic crimping tool.
