Replacement of components of 500 KVA Manual voltage stabilizer along with allied works at CPS Muthi Village by way of disconnecting all electrical connections and making bypass provision for running the unit. Draining out of T-oil and storing it properly in barrels. Dragging out the stabilizer from pump room to safer place for loading, by deploying skilled labour along with the heavy tools and tackles required as per site condition. Loading of Voltage Stabilizer into the Mechanical transport using crane/skilled labour and Shifting of voltage stabilizer to workshop. The job includes dismantling of voltage stabilizer by lifting the top assembly with the help of chain pulley block, extracting out of core assembly, voltage rotary switch - 03 no., after dismantling all electrical connections. Providing and fitting of voltmeter 01 No. and ammeter 01 No along with CTs/VSS/ASS. Complete rewinding of 03 Nos. Copper coils out of superior quality wire and insulating material as per original design. Cleaning and re-fixing to the core after proper insulation. P/F of 03 no. voltage rotary switch and making connection with the transformer coil. Reassembling the transformer assembly. Replacement of complete internal control wiring refitting of panel on transformer assembly, and re-fixing of core assembly into the oil tank shifting of stabilizer from workshop to pumping station by deploying crane, truck and skilled labour and dragging into the pump room. Filling of transformer oil and topping up to required level by adding- 700 litres. Making all the incoming and outgoing electrical connections to the stabilizer and testing on no load and full load.
