Unloading the Bananas required for panchamirtham Section from the Lorry/ trucks and the bananas should be stored in the fumigation rooms at Kosala Cottage and at Automated Panchamirtham Production Plants. Peel and Grind the bananas in machine, transport it to the automatic panchamirtham manufacturing plant and mix with other raw materials for pachamirtham production provided by the temple by machines, then heat the panchamirtham mixture, then cool it, then seal it in three types of tins by machines, and distribute the panchamirtham tins to the temple sales centres by temple vehicles [(a) transportation of material by material rope car to hill temple sale-centres and (b) transportation of material by winch to hill temple sale-centres during maintenance periods of material rope car and (c) transportation of materials by temple vehicles driven by tenderer’s drivers to Sale outlets at foothills and other places]. The wage for the work of preparing and carrying of 1 set of panchamirtham tins as may be specified from time to time as per the requirement of the temple administration. Note : Details of number of tins for 1 Set (a) 1/2 Kg Pet Jar 1 Set = 1020 Nos. (b) 1/2 Kg Laminated Aluminium composit Tin 1 set = 1060 Nos. (c) 200gm Pet Jar 1 Set = 2408 Nos.
