Rate applicable for all heights and levels, surfaces and textures. Engineer in charges' approval required after each coat. Tenderer to submit sample to the Engineer in charges for approval. |

Pannel manufactured from high density glass wool and recycled content of minimum 70% covered with glass tissue on one side the glass wool core of the tiles should be tasted and classified as non combustible according to PERN ISO 1182. Frame shall have both sides 12mm thk fire rated ply finish with 4mm thk Veneer including 3 coats of melamine polish on veneer surface complete with machine sanding etc . Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and/ or pointing and/ or applying chemical and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge.
