Name of Work:- Lifting, Overhauling, Repairing, Testing and Commissioning of two nos. 3 phase induction motor for backwash pump having capacity 90 KW (make: Crompton Greaves, rpm-1470, bay no. 2 and 3) and some allied works located inside annex building of 30 MGD WTP, Padmapukur, Howrah under JNNURM-II division, EM sector, KMDA.

Lifting of L.T.Motor by overhead crane after removing all coupling nuts from pump-motor, motor foundation bolts and disconnecting supply terminal connections including earthing terminal connection .The motor is to be kept on wooden sleeper at a suitable distance from the floor without damaging the earthing strips and cables etc. as per direction of E.I.C.

Transportation charges for carrying of motor from 30 MGD WTP to the workshop for repairing work

Dismantling of motor for complete checking and testing of I.R. value, load currents, leakage factor of stator & rotor, terminal lead joints of stator connection ends, insulation of glass fibre terminal bar, double cage rotor end rings and all of motor bars and bar joints, housing of D.E. & NDE shield bearing housing etc. before repairing work to detect fault.

Complete servicing and heat varnishing of 415Volt, 3 Phase, 90 KW L.T. motor after cleaning the stator and heating it up periodically and varnishing by Dr. Beck’s graded insulating varnish to obtain stable IR value, cleaning up the rotor, including heating for demoisturisation, trueness checking and dyanamic balancing of rotor, replacing the damaged motor lead, terminal blocks and sockets etc. , fitting and fixing of DE & NDE bearings (excluding supply of bearing), painting of the entire assembly complete in all respect as per TS and direction of EIC.

Supply and delivery of driving end bearing (bearing no: NU316-C3)

Supply and delivery of non driving end bearing (bearing no: 6316-C3)

Transportation charges for carrying of motor from the workshop to 30 MGD WTP after repairing work

Reassembling the motor and placing the same on the motor stool using O/H crane, fixing the foundation bolt of the motor, and necessary electrical connection with proper care as per TS, direction of EIC

Realignment, recoupling of motor with pump including testing and commissioning of same as per direction of EIC.

Supply and fixing of approved make Pedestal fan oscillating type with base, blades, guard, speed regulator etc. AC 230-250 volts. 500mm sweep

Distribution wiring in 1.1 KV single core stranded 'FR'PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire (Brandapproved by EIC) in 20mm size PVC rigid conduit 'FR'(Precision make) incl. necy. fittings as required. 2 x 22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm) + 1 x 22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm) ECC.
