| 18 | Taking down old insulation of MS water tank of cap upto 8000Ltr and S&F for insulation of Cylindrical shaped horiznatal placed with kaflex of thickness 50mm with factory laminated aluminium vapour barrier, thickness of insulation 26 SWG and including the following:- (a) M&L for cleaning the surface (to be insulated ) by scrapping carefully with wire brush etc. to make the surface completely free of millscale, dirt, dust, grease and other foreign materials . (b) M&L for applying rubber based adhesive CPRX compound.(c) M&L for sealing of all longitudinal joints and circular overlaps with and including Aluminium foil tape 50 mm wide, to make the insulation leakproof. (d) M & L for securing the insulation with and including GI wire by tightening it latitudinally with the insulation. (e) M&L for cladding the insulation with 26 gauge aluminium sheet including rivetting work complete. as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. |

| 21 | Disconnecting & Taking out unserviceable tank of capacity upto 10000 Ltr for cleaning from inner and outer surface, repairing of any leakages with welding and refixing the same after repair complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. |
| 22 | S&F 0.5 HP pump motor 215V, 50Hz, along with flexible hose pipe for filling diesel tank complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. |
| 23 | S&F Single phase to 3 phase upto 2 HP Starter for submercible motor with digital voltmeter, amp meter start stop push button complete all as specified and sample approved. |
| 24 | Taking up the complete pumping set of capacity upto 3.0 HP from exisiting borewell of depth upto 95 mtrs alongwith column pipe 80mm bore total length upto 80 RM after disconnecting the pipe from electric circuit. Reassembly of pumping set complete after repair and lowering the same to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.Note: - Any repair required for pumping set, bore well will be measured and paid separately under respective items of schedule of work. T&P required for repairs , lowering or taking up of pumping set will be the responsibility of the contractor and rates quoted are deemed to be included in unit rate quoted. |
