| 1 | Material and labour Weather proof outdoor bus bar chamber cum LT panel, made out of 3.15 mm thick MS sheet with front & rear Opening, powder coated, dust & vermin proof, IP-66 Protection comprising 4 Nos aluminium strips each of 400 Amps, 60cm long having 10cm min distance from the body, duly insulated mounted on epoxy insulators in horizontal position in stepped manner with 4 No’s mounting legs made out of 40mm x 40mm x 6mm angle iron grouted in PCC block (30cm depth below ground level and 60cm above ground level) in cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm grade crushed stone aggregate), and connections with size of aluminium thimbles, nuts, bolts & washers including cable glands at entry and outlet points with one MCCB of 250 Amps 25 KA, 4 pole as incomer of the bas bar with taking down the existing all cables, dressing the cable properly with lugs, nuts, bolts washer etc. & refixing the same including excavation and earth work, returning filling and removal of surplus soils complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. |
| 2 | Factory made LT distribution panel out door,CPRI approved, made out of 3.15 mm thick MS sheet, powder coated, dust & vermin proof, IP-66 Protection, Outdoor type factory made cubical totally enclosed type with front and rear door opening as per engineering practice provided with locking arrangement for opening of panel with provision of seperate chamber in upper part to encloser Copper busbar of cap 400 Amps fixed in steped manner on epoxy insulators in horizontal position with min 10cm distance between each busbars & panel body and 06 Nos seperate chambers of adequate size embedded in 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded aggregate), on angle iron of size 40x40x6mm with footing 30 cm clear space between bottom of panel and flooring including all accessories prewired with insulated copper wires of suitable size. The panel shall compromise of the following fittings and fixture :-(a) MCCB 350 Amps, 36 KA 4 pole with adjustable thermal and fixed magnetic settings - 01 No (Incoming) (b) MCCB 100 Amps, 25KA , 3 pole with adjustable thermal and fixed magnetic settings – 03 No(Outgoing) (c) MCCB 63 Amps, 25KA , 3 pole with adjustable thermal and fixed magnetic settings – 02 No (outgoing) (d) On load change over switch l-O-II,320 A,4 pole,415 V,50 Hz- 01 No (e) Indicating lamps Led type (RYB). (f) Pre-wired Digital meter with voltmeter, ammeter, selector switch, CTs, and LED Indicating Lights,. - 01 Set (g) Bus bar chamber with electrolytic grade copper strip with heat shrink cable sleeves with colour code supported on epoxy raisin based insulator 4 strips of suitable length for current rating 400 A.
