Overhauling of roller assembley by detaching roller assembly from gate with the help of jigs and fixture , jaccs etc cutting lock plate by gas cutte , lifting roller assembly from gate by manila rope and shifting to working plateform , dismantling roller assembly, cleaning, washing repairing worn-out roller shaft by remetalling machining polishing and reassemling including replacing rubber seal,o-ring, grease nipple etc. shifting to gate and refitting in gate, greasing and testing etc. by operating gate including all cost material labour and T&P etc. for proper completion of work (including cost of bearing) at Utari Dam from Gate no.1 to 5 .The work shall be carried out according to the specification and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
