| 1 | Regular (on daily basis) desiltig of PWD's open / covered / pipe / RCC box / brick drains and culverts etc. by deploying labour / super sucker / pumps / jetting machines / any other suitable mechanical means including taking out silt, sludge, building rubbish, earth mixed malba, plastic bags, all type of floating, solid and semi- solid malba/ rubbish and its final disposal to authorised MCD/any other dumping ground as approved by Engineer-in-Charge. The rates includes all above operations including taking out silt / floating material / malba / waste materials etc. from the drains / culverts, keeping it adjacent to drains for its drying (if required/ allowed by Engineer-in-Charge), its disposal to any temporary dumping ground to be arranged by agency. (if required/ allowed by Engineer-in-Charge) and its final disposal to MCD/any other dumping ground, as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, all inclusive. ( The cost of disposal of silt / floating material / malba / waste materials etc. from drain side/temporary dumping ground will be paid separately under agreement item No.2.Note:- The payment under this agreement item is for regular desilting of any stretch of drain and will be made once only after its regular desilting for a period of four months and not on monthly basis though the rates indicated in agreement items are for per metre per month. Regular cleaning of bell mouth and numbering of bell mouth is also included in this item. |

| 12 | Disposal of silt, sludge, building rubbish, earth mixed malba, plastic bags, all type of floating, solid and semi- solid malba/ rubbish / similar unserviceable dimantled or waste materials by mechanical means/including loading, transporting and unloading the same at any authorized Municipal/ any other Dumping Ground including weighing at plant etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Weighing and unloading at the plant shall be as per procedures/ rules of the Dumping Ground Management. The rates are inclusive of all operations, labours, leads and lifts from site of work to the authorized Municipal/ any other Dumping Ground. (Processing fees at prescribed rate of dumping ground will be deposited by the agency and shall be reimbursed by the department on production of only original cash receipts). (Payments for disposal under this item will be made on production of original Municipal dumping ground receipts), the agency shall also submit pre & post photograph in soft/hard copy. |
| 13 | Regular (on daily basis) Desilting of PWD's Electrical Sump/Chamber etc. by deploying labour / super sucker / pumps / jetting machines / any other suitable mechanical means including opening/closing Sump Cover/Chamber, taking out silt, sludge, building rubbish, earth mixed malba, solid and semi- solid / rubbish and its final disposal to authorised MCD/any other dumping ground as approved by Engineer-in-Charge within. The rates includes all above operations including opening/closing Sump Cover/Chamber Cover, taking out silt / floating material / malba / waste materials etc. from Sump/Chamber (if required/ allowed by Engineer-in-Charge), its disposal to any temporary dumping ground (if required/ allowed by Engineer-in-Charge) and its final disposal to MCD/any other dumping ground, as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, all inclusive. (The cost of disposal of silt / floating material / malba / waste materials etc. from drain side/temporary dumping ground will be paid separately under agreement item no 2. Note:- The payment under this agreement item is for regular desilting of any stretch of drain and will be made once only after its regular desilting for a period of four months and not on monthly basis though the rates indicated in agreement items are for per metre per month. |
