| 1 | Supply installation, testing and commissioning of Silent Type -Floor Mounted Diesel Generator set CPCB IV+ Compliance model of 250KVA ,1500 RPM,0.8 Lagging power factor,3 phase Alternator at 415 volt suitable for 50Hz, 3 phase system & for 0.85 load factor and consisting of the following i/c DG Change over panel / AMF panel & supply with minimum 300 litres of fuel during the time of installation along with : DEF Tank Capable of 10-12 Hrs of Operation. a) Diesel Engine:-4 stroke, liquid cooled, Six cylinder in Line, electric start, exhaust mainfold with SS exhaust flexible, flywheel and flywheel housing, fule and lube oil filters, HDAC/Dry type air cleaner, starter motor, battery charger, capable of taking 10% over loading for one hour in 12 hours of continuos operation.Fuel consumption at 75% load should not be more than 40 litres(Considering 0.845 specific gravity of diesel,+1% tolerance),change of lubricrant oil should be at minimum 500 hrs or 1 year & lube oil consumption at 100% load should be <0.1% of FC. The alternator shall be having silent acoustic enclosure of IP23.(minimum 2 years warranty from the date of installation) d) Fuel Tank:-Daily service fuel Tank suitable for minimum 6 hrs of operation on full load capacity fabricated out of 3 mm thick M.S sheet complete with all standard accessories and fuel piping between fuel tank and diesel engine with MS class ' c' pipes of suitable dia complete with valves, level indicators and accessories as required as per specifications.e) Exhaust System :-Residential silence type with minimum 05 mtr Exhaust Pipe, max allowable back pressure 10.0 kPa ,exhaust temperature 515 °C. |
| 3 | f) Starting System:-12 V/ 24 V DC starting system comprising of starter motors voltage regulator and arrangement for initial excitation complete with suitable nos. of batteries (25 plates, 180 Ah capacity lead acid type) as required as per specifications.g) Enclosure:-Powder coated weather proof (IP23) canopy Engine and alternator mounted on AV mounts with, with silence-acoustic type and SS exhaust below optimised to meet stringent MOEF / CPCB norms for sound and emission-Baserail with drawout type fuel tank, drain plug, inlet and outlet connections, airvent, level gauge. h)AMF CONTROLLER:- The system shall operate on 24V DC power and include Automatic Mains Failure (AMF) and Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) functions. It shall have CAN bus and serial communication facilities. The device shall provide protection as per ANSI codes: 27P (under voltage), 59 (over voltage), 81U (under frequency), 81O (over frequency), 50TD (time delay overcurrent), 32F (forward power), 32R (reverse power), 14 (under speed), 12 (over speed), and 51 (inverse time overcurrent) . BREAKER DETAILS:- Three (03) numbers of MCCB( one for incomer, one for DG and one for outgoing ) shall be provided, each rated at 400A, 4-pole, with a breaking capacity of 36kA (Icu = Ics = Icw for 1 second with adjustable settings). |
| 4 | METERING & INDICATIONS:- The metering and indication system shall include four multifunction meters capable of measuring voltage, current, frequency, power factor, kilowatt, kilovolt-ampere, energy in KWh (old), on and run hours, with site-selectable kWh/kVAh display, accuracy class 0.5, auxiliary supply of 80–300V AC/DC, LED display, One (01) DC analog voltmeter of range 0–30V DC (MI type) and one (01) DC analog ammeter of range 0–30A DC (MI type) shall be provided. Indication lamps shall be provided as follows: red, yellow, and blue lamps operating at 230V AC; white lamp operating at 24V DC. All indication lamps shall be of cluster LED type of 22.5mm dia.
