Overhauling of roller assembley by detaching roller assembly from gate with the help of jigs and fixture , jaccs etc cutting lock plate by gas cutter , lifting roller assembly from gate by manila rope and shifting to working plateform , dismantling roller assembly, cleaning, washing repairing worn-out roller shaft by remetalling machining polishing and reassemling including replacing rubber seal,o-ring, grease nipple etc. shifting to gate and refitting in gate, greasing and testing etc. by operating gate including all cost material labour and T&P etc. for proper completion of work (including cost of bearing) at Jamrar Dam from Gate no.1 to 5.The work shall be carried out according to the specification and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
