| 1 | Providing and Fixing C.N.G Cremination Furnance Scheme, details of work and scope of work for CNG fired furnace:CNG Cremation furnace: The cremation furnace designed, supply, installation,testing and commissioning manufacture in such a way that each furnace efficient working in minimum time cremation. Generally a maximum temperature of 850°C to 1100 can be brought, though the operating temperature required is 550°C. With double chambers, One primary other secondary and 2 burners are required for each furnace: i) Overall Size:- 3500mm(L) x 3500mm(H) x2000mm(W). ii) Working Chamber Size (inside) :- 2725mm(L) x 830mm(H) x 900mm(W). iii) Frame make with MS Steel Structural with U Channel SAIL/ equivalent size:- 75mm x 5mm.Front Doors mechanical drive system and counter weight etc. The front doors made of MS base Sheet 2mm and laminated SS 304 0.7mm in front side sheet duly fabricate the frame of MS angel/channel fill with high complete insulation material with 1” fibber insulation board and SS rod 8mm inside for hold the insulation door operation material. Consists of front door pressing handle of 190mm (dia) chrome plated handle and 16mm thickness. Consists of front gate screws and castions nuts having 350mm length x 40mm diameter. Provided with gate pulleys 2 Nos having diameter 300mm x 25mm thk x 50mm ID x key nays of 10x5mm. Provided with big Gears duplex 250mm diameter x 30mm thk Provided with small gear bottom size with 100mm x 30mm thk Safety guard for driving end of door. Consist of main shaft of 1600mm long x 50mm dia with key ways, and plummer block havings sizes of 50mm and 30mm of Reputed make SKF/FAG. Refractory lining of the furnace and Insulation Hot face insulation bricks, Ceramic fibre, dead body support will be CNG furnace with dual chamber primary and secondary. Highly efficient insulation for maintain the temperature with 6 step in be used of 70% fire bricks (Mahakoshal/ equivalent), 40% fire bricks goodquality, light weight insulation brick, 1” fibber insulation board good quality, red bricks with plaster and frame work with fibber insulation and 1.5mm MS sheet with red oxide and heat resistance aluminum paint of proper thickness that is 570 mm shall be provided in order tooperate the furnace with minimum gas consumption and lost the temperature burner block and dead body supporter should be used ( Burner Block Size : 225mm x 225mm or 300mm x 300mm) |
