Repairs to gate rollers by way of providing and fixing of new brass bushes of thickness at least 12 mm ID = 90 mm, length 100mm (as insertion of CI bush per AS sample) and finishing of roller pin to size with provision of lubricating mechanism. The job includes dismantling of gate rollers assembly fitting of new nuts and bolts, spacers/ locking plates and commissioning of the gate for smooth drive.

Providing and fitting of rubber seals, bottom seals, and side seals moulded type cut to shape with stainless steel bolts, nuts and washer of following specifications to arrest water leakage.(as per the sample). The job includes dismantling of existing seals by way of opening of nuts and bolts and cover plate of seals, then doing necessary repairs over the cover plate and installation of new side and bottom seals by making holes(for bolts) in the new seal as per the holes of the cover plate then fixing of new seal over the gates with stainless steel bolts and nuts Side seal size (P type) (52mm×104mm×16mm thick ) Bottom seal(104mm×20mm thick) Stainless steel nuts and bolts of following sizes(12 bolts per metre) (12mm ∅×80mm length)

Providing and fitting of gate pulleys 26 STD along with spacers with ID 155 mm and brass/gunmetal bush 10 mm thick as per sample. The job includes dismantling of old damaged pulleys and fabrication of working platform for the same

Providing and fitting of 25mm dia hemp core multi stranded steel wire ropes of standard make (certificate for conformance to IS: 2266 by the manufacturer to be submitted by the contractor) to all the three HR gates installed at Barrage. The job includes dismantling of old wire rope, fixing of new rope with heated lead and tin into the rope socket. All tools and tackles shall be included in the job. Applying cadmium compound to the newly fixed wire rope and balancing of the gate and commissioning for smooth drive of the gate.

Providing and fitting of plumber block for ropе drum mechanism S-513/515 along with its bearings(as per sample) make SKF/Hoffman for the driven shafts for gates at head works. Commissioning of the gate drive. Please Enable Macros to View BoQ information
