Supply, Installation, testing and Commissioning of reduction gear boxes split type 8” size of reputed make like David brown/Greaves/Elecon/Radicon with two way output shaft, right-side and left-side, for two number Spillway gate with gear ratio of 1:60and suitable for power rating 7.5 kW. The job includes adjustments/Alignment for the upgrade and Commissioning of the gearbox for smooth drive of the gate.(certificate of originality/warranty card of the gearbox to be provided by supplier)

Providing and fixing of pin bush type coupling dia 9\\" (each consisting of two pairs) with coupling bolts with synthetic bush each for 1 no. HR gate, and 2 no. Spillway gate (as per sample).

Providing and fixing of gear type couplings for for 1 no. HR gate, and 2 no. Spillway gate at Barrages. (as per sample). Commissioning of the gate drive.

Providing and fixing of high strength coupling bolts (as per sample) with synthetic bushes for gates at head works.

Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of AC Induction Motor 11KW, 3 phase, 957 rpm 6 pole, Hermitically sealed with class IP 65 with inbuilt braking system of reputed make for two No. spillway gates along with Commissioning of the motors for smooth drive of the gate.

Dismantling of existing 2 no. motors and 3 no. gear boxes from the gear trains along with brakes and adjustments/Alignment required for the proper installation of new gear boxes and motors.
