Repair of overhead crane capacity 01 MT, oil and greasing, repair/replacement of ball bearing-06 nos, realignment of channel, rewinding of electric motor 5HP complete in all respect.

Electric panel including with switch board containing with MCB 14 amp, 20 nos MCCB- 3 nos., Temperature meter of primary chamber secondary chamber, gate control switch and forced draft fan switches, water pump switches with cable tray with wiring from main power supply with 16 mm 04 core copper wiring up to 90 mtr length and internal panel wiring complete in all respect.

Providing and fixing of Induced Draft Ducting, of 12” i/d of M S of 4mm thickness, including P/f of venture scrubber, droplet separator along with necessary fittings and accessories complete in all respect.

Repair of Primary Chamber and secondary chambers inlcluding providing and fixing of MS gates with ceramic blanker, repair of refractory lining in both the chambers, ash gates, emergency gates, gas pipe line, clumps and all burners of required capacity in both the chambers.
