Removing dry or oil bound distemper by a washing and scraping and sand papering the wall / ceilings and sloping roofs, surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches complete.

Applying two coats of putty & two coats of primer of approved brand and manufacture on new wall surface to give an even shade including thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth.

Distempeing (Two coats) with oil bound distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on wall surfaces to give an even shade, over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth.

Wall painting (two coats) with plastic emulsion paint ofapproved brand and manufacture on undecorated wall surface to give an even shade including throughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth.

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior emulsion paint on wall surface (two coats) to give an required shape even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt, and remains of loose powdered materials.etc complete

Providing materal and labour for Finishing wall with weather proof exterior emulsion paint of Asian Apex Ultıma Or equıvalent on wall surtace two coats to give an required shape even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt, and remains of loose powdered materials.etc complete as directed

Providing and applying Asian or Equivalent make Damp proof weather coat paint two or more coats and priming coat wherever required including cleaning and scraping the surface etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on previously painted steel and other metal surface with enamel paint, brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on previously painted wood and wood based surface with enamel paint, to give an even shade including cleaning the of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter.
