Opening the SS tank after proper disposal of SF6 gas safely, Defected spares to be replaced as per Engineer-in-charge advice.After replacement & fixing the required spare parts, SS tank to be sealed properly, Gas leakage test to be performed before SF6 Gas filling again all required testing's to be performed in presence of Departmental persons at workshop.Testing and arranging testing equipment will be in contractor scope, Repair of RMU should be done by Expertise agency locally, test reports should be produced to Engineer-in-charge complete all as specified and directed. | 6 | Note1 for Item no 2,3,4,5 :- The rate quoted shall be deemed to include for necessary T&P, nuts,bolts, washers, gaskets, insulation tape etc to put into the RMU in serviceable condition, testing and commissioning complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.(1) Preliminary inspection of 11 KV RMU with HI Voltage test for Identifying specific defects. (2) Testing of RMU CT's:- (i) IR test (ii) Primary inj test (iii) Winding resistance test (3) Testing of PTs:- (i) IR test (ii) Ratio test (iii) Polarity test. (4) Servicing of 11 KV RMU panels :-(i) cleaning panel (ii) Painting of RMU, (iii) Mechanism servicing checking the condition of other accessories (5) Replacement of minor spares like Closing coil, Tripping coil ... etc (6) IR test and HV test after completion of Job before dispatch. (7) All numerical relay in the RMU's shall be calibrated through secondary injection kit and replacement of defective relays and nessarry test report sell be submitted to the Engg-In-Charge by Contractor |
