| 2 | Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of silent Diesel Engine Generating set of 500 KVA capacity all as per CPCB-IV + norms, 415 Volts 3 Phase, 0.8 Power Factor, 50 Hz, 1500 RPM, self excited, self regulated, brushless AC generator with AMF panel of suitable rating including accoustic enclosure suitable for ambient condition at sea area and conforming to Engine as per IS : 10002, ISO-3046, BS-5514 and Alternator as per IS: 4774, BS EN 60034-1 with all necessary accessories for proper functioning of DG set including PCC Foundation, GI Pipe for laying of cable etc all as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified in Particular specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. |
| 3 | Note :1. The capacity of Generator set shall be net after all due de-rating factors as per relevant IS desing and site conditions.2. Rate quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of cable and terminations fro DG et to AMF panel, with necessary fixing arrangments all as specified and directed.3. The rate quoted shall be deemed to include for first fill of oil and final successful acceptance test. |

| 13 | Supply, fabricate, install, test and commissioning LT outdoor control panel, weather proof , dust /vermin proof, IP 55 made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet both sides openable door with angle iron frame and locking arrangement,including bus bar suitable for 3 phase 4 wire AC supply of drwing 415 V, 50 Hz AC, , the panel comprising 1400 Amp aluminium bus bar including PC sleeves / taps RYB colurs for phase identification, conforming to IP 54 and fixed on raised PCC platform as per OEM requirments and drawings with PCC 1:2:4, type B1 ( using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) raised base with control wiring , cable gland brass lugs etc complete including taking down old panel, all as specified and as dircted. The panel shall be certified by CPRI and include the following in the panel.(a) ACB (Manual drawout type) 4 Pole, 800 Amps, 50 KA-01 No ( Incoming)(b) ACB ( Manual drawout type) 4 Pole, 630 Amps, 50 KA-02 Nos ( for outgoing for hangers) (c) MCCB 4 pole 32 Amps, 16 KA -01 Nos ( Spare)(d) LED type phase indicator with controlling fuses for RYB - 03 sets (incoming and outgoing)(e) 3 phase multifunction energy meter ( Voltage 0-500 V, Ampere 1-125 amps , energy consumption in KWH or units consumption including CTs and PTs.(f) Electrolyte type copper busbars, PVC colour sleeved 800 Amps capacity TP(g) Danger notice plate of approved size for LT 20 x 15 cm - 01 no. |
