Item No 01 : Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) all kind of soil including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5m, as directed by Engineer-in charge complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 02 : Rolling and consolidating formation surface of road in cutting with 8-10 tonne power roller including watering and filling in depression which occur during rolling complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 03 : Laying and compacting 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) Granular Sub Base Course (GSB) grading as per GSB Grade Ill as specified Table 400-1 of MaRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013, in a single layer over compacted subgrade with natura sand, crushed gravel, crushed stone, crushed slag or combination thereof as per the grading required The materials are mechanically mixed, spread and leveling on the subgrade by using motor grader of adequate capacity, and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-1 00 KN static weight for achieving required compaction density of atleast 98% of the Maximum Dry Density. Consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed with finished surface tolerances as per Table 900-1 of MaRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013 complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 04 : Laying and compacting 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) laid in two layers 75mm each grading as pe table 400-13 of MORTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 manufactured in WMM plant material comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with wate to a dense mass, spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-1 OOKN static weight and consolidating to required gradien and camber complete all as specified and directed The finished surface tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MORTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 05 : M&L for Preparing surfaces of unsurfaced water bound macadam by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. , applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 10 kg per 10 sq metre using (VG-10) paving bitumen paver.
