Note : The Contractor has to carryout dewatering time to time during execution of concerting work and upto 48 house after execution of concerting works and no extra payment for dewatering or manpower will be paid by Cantonment Board. Only ordinary Portland cement will be used for all concreting works. |

| 10 | Providing precast perforated drain covers suitable for medium vehicle load of size width 685 mm length 450 mm and thickness 75 mm and steel reinforcement of 8mm dia at 100 mm c/c spacing. The cover shall have minimum nine (9) round holes. The item shall include the cost of all material, transportation and fixing at site.(M-40) |
| 11 | Making connection of drain or sewer line with existing manhole including breaking into and making good the walls, floors with cement concrete 1:2:4 mix (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) cement plastered on both sides with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), finished with a floating coat of neat cement and making necessary channels for the drain etc. |
