The system shall consist of hydraulic automatic spike barrier made of galvanized steel along with all other accessories like provision of Manual Operation during power off, Hydraulic Power Pack / Unit with accumulator, safety interlock detector and Control panel having incomer MCCB of suitable rating, control and logic circuit placed inside IP68 weather proof enclosure, with lock and key arrangement. Traffic lights shall be supplied to alert vehicle drivers of the Tyre Killer position. The enclose should be equipped with LED Light at the Top indicating serviceability of electric systems. Work includes all civil and electrical works such as excavation of existing PQC / bitumen road, disposal of excavated material, fixing the Spike systems, concrete work and making good the same after installation of Spike arrestor, provision of Self priming sump pump of suitable rating to drain the accumulated water, supply & laying of cables in suitable HDPE/DWC/GI Pipes (upto 30 Meter) and interconnection, complete as per the technical specification and as per directions and to the complete satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.
