Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of 250 – 400 lpm priming pump coupled with 3 HP capacity single phase electric motor on common base frame. The unit shall be of standard quality / reputed make complete with starter. The priming pump shall be installed at foundation block.

Providing and fitting of GI pipes (B-Class) of nominal size: 50 mm as suction pipe for priming circuit

Providing and fitting of GI Bends (B-Class) of nominal size: 50 mm

Providing and fitting of C.I flanged foot valve conforming to IS-4038 including jointing & testing with cost of jointing material such as bolts, nuts, rubber insertions etc. all complete: (Preferred make: Kirloskar or equivalent). Size 50 mm

Providing and welding of steel plate flanges of nominal pressure rating 1.0MPa as per IS 6392 with nominal sizes 50 mm

Providing, installation, testing of GOL starter for 5 HP capacity suitable for single phase motor.

Providing and fitting of 10 mm square 2-core Aluminum cable of Havells make for operation of the priming motor. The job also includes providing and fitting of proper cable terminals and crimping the same using a crimping tool.
