| 7 | Providing and applying two coats of Birla (white cement based) or Asian (acrylic lapy- putty) or equivalent & two coats of primer of approved brand and manufacture on new wall surface to give an even shade including required scaffolding, thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth. |
| 8 | Providing material and labour for Finishing wall with weather proof exterior emulsion paint on wall surface (two coats) to give an required shape even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt, and remains of loose powdered materials.etc complete inluding required scaffolding. | 9 | Metal Paint: Providing material and labour for applying Paint for Metal works on new/ existing metal surface af including including cleaning and removal of all dirt, grease, varnish, paint or any other foreign matter. Here after surface sanding before and after the primer , provide seamless aesthetic look complete as per the instructions with proper tools and sanding and wire brushing.There after application of putty works and sanding work with application of 2 coats of epoxy base paint finish. Sample to be approved before starting of the work by Architect/ EIC. Rate shall be inclusive of the cost of scafolding. (Brands: Jotun, Asian paint Apcolite Epoxy). |

| 12 | Providing and laying Riverwashed Granite stone 25mm thk flooring/wall in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions all complete as per the architectural drawings with 25 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with 10mm epoxy grout of matching shade including wastage,rubbing, cutting, curing and polishing etc all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge : Colour Jet Black, Cherry Red, Steel grey, Elite Brown, Cat Eye, Silver River or equivalent. |

Supported by around 25mm x 25mm 18 gauge (1\\"x 1\\") mm width with backing aluminium support structure frame. The WPC sheet with composition of natural wood fibres, 70% virgin polymer with minimum density of 600 kg/m³, extremely low water absorption capacity, Fire Resistance, solid or hollow profiles with warranty of minimum 10 years.
