Providing comprehensive annual maintenance of 2 Nos 5.5 T.R. capacity Precision Air Conditioner units (Stulz make, model no:- BAS 221A, HSN : 998719) consisting of allied equipments installed at C- block Server room of Delhi high court , New Delhi including replacement of defective/worn out spare parts and periodical servicing & preventive maintenance, Routine Checking once in a month of the Precision Air Conditioner units and attending the break down complaint with in 24 hours after lodging the same and minor repair etc as required, as per terms & condition attached & as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge:- The scope of work consisting of providing tools and tackles, spares parts, refrigrent gas charging, equipments, consumables items, as mentioned in Annexure- A required for smooth and uninterrupted working of the complete System etc as required .
