Providing hydraulic excavator (3D) with operator & fuel at site for cleaning of plots and removal of rubbish/malba from the DDA Vacant Land/Plots upto a distance of 50 mtrs. outside the periphery of area cleaned and other miscellaneous work at anytime and anywhere wherever required etc. complete in all aspect as per direction of Engineer-in charge.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Providing and fixing MS board of size 1200x900 mm consisting of 1mm thick MS sheet fixed by welding to MS angle size 40X40X5mm frame with two Nos. vertical legs of 1.8 mtr. Length with Two No.hold fast of 150 mm length. The MS sheet shall be supported by two Nos. MS flat of size 40X5mm bracing welded diagonally on the back side i/c excavation and cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) block of size 45X45X60cm depth and applying priming coat and painting with synthetic enamel paint all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Lettering with black Japan paint of approved brand and manufacture per letter per cm height.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc.as required.(a) In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture

Brick work with fly ash bricks confirming to IS: 12894 of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in:(a) Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

12 mm cement plaster of mix:(a)1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix:(a)1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade:(a) New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm)
