Direct Lorry Loading from Plant: Loading of bagged fertilizers from the product conveyors at Production plants at FACT UC, directly into the lorries/ trucks/ trailers, placed by FACT or by contractor near the product conveyors of the production plants, in all the 3 shifts.

Stacking from conveyers to Plants: Collecting bagged fertilizers from the product conveyors in the production plants at UC and stacking to minimum 12 bag height at nearby specified areas in the respective plants in all the three shifts. Unloading & stacking at Plants/ Godowns: Unloading of bagged fertilisers from Lorries/trucks to specified areas in production Plants unless it is informed otherwise due to quality/weight variation or due to any other reasons, as per the instructions from Traffic/UC

Transfer of products to internal godowns: Transportation of bagged fertilizers from the production plants at UC to various godowns located in FACT Udyogamandal Complex and its unloading and stacking to minimum 20 bag height at specified areas in these locations in all the three shifts. Dedicated Trucks may be provided for Internal Transportation.
