| 1 | NOTES:- (i) Contractor's supervisor will report on all working days along with plumber, mason,labours etc 0830 hrs at AGE E/M NRC to receive complaint for plumbing, water supply works and to submit completion report on the same day by 1700 hrs.(ii) Printed complaint slip as per format approved by Engineer-in-Charge shall be provided and maintained by contractor. (vi) Being an essential Water Supply work,the defects shall be rectifide within -48 hours from notifide by Engineer-in-Charge. Failing which penelty of Rs.5000 per day per job will be imposed and recovered from contractor.(vii) If defects are not rectifide within 10 Days, the rectification work shall be carried out at Risk and cost of the contractor. |

| 122 | NOTE FOR PAINITNG ITEM :-The following precautionary measures shall be ensured by the contractor before and during execution of the work :- (i) All the painting works shall be got executed through original material manufacturing company or their authorised applicators as approved by GE and contractor should submit MOU with the manufacturing company or their authorised applicator before execution of work and entire work shall be executed with the approved firm.(ii) Contractor shall deposit entire quantity of materials (proprietory materials) in sealed containers required for painting works covered under subject contract in the custody of Engineer-In-Charge.(iii) The materials as required shall be issued to contractor by JE/ Engineer-In-Charge on daily basis and the empty containers/ bags shall be deposited in the store of Engineer -In-Charge by the contractor, for verification as per standard consumption/ coverage prescribed by the manufacturers.(iv) After completion of painting work contractor shall remove and clean all the droplets/stain of paint left on the floor, glasses and joinery etc.(v) The Painting shall be carried out for OH Tanks up to 16 to 21 Mtrs height ,necessary scaffolding has to be arranged by the contracor.Quotated rates includes the Charges of scaffolding. |
