| 3 | Supply, installation, testing and commissioning Diesel Engine driven generating set of capacity not less than 200 KVA/ 160 KW, 3 phase, 4 wire, 415 V, 50 Hz,1500 RPM, AC power supply with power factor 0.8 (lagging), coupled directly to alternator, mounted on a common base plate complete with integral acoustic enclosures (shall have salient features) modular bolted construction & pure polyester based coating to ensure long life in all weather conditions & for outdoor application / installation, integrated design thereby facilitating / easy handling. | 4 | (I) ENGINE- Efficient CRDI System, designed & tested for 50 degree ambient temperature, Water cooled diesel engine at 1500 RPM, engine capacity suitable for 200 KVA output ,415 V,50 Hz, No of cylinder- 06 Nos consists of direct injection, turbo-charged, four stroke liquid cooled technology confirming to BS : 5514 and IS :10000 suitable for prime duty generating set. Alternator under NTP conditions with provision of 10 % over load for 1 hour confirming to latest CPCB norms .The Engine shall consist of the following:-(a) Dry type air cleaner(b) Exhaust silencer(c) Expansion bellows(d) Lube oil cooler(e) Lube oil filter(f) Radiator, radiator fan and mounting(g) Fuel pump, with governor(h) Fly wheel with starter ring(j) Battery charging alternator with suitable capacity(k) electric starter motor of suitable Volts as per OEM |

(d) Indication & Monitoring of oil pressure & safety trip in case of Low oil pressure. (e) Indication & Monitoring of coolant temperature & safety trip in case of high coolant temperature.
